The Lady Alices fell to Evansville Memorial in a game that was a lot closer than the scoreline suggests. 3 golden chances just needed the last touch into the net from 6-12 yards away. One of these chances was the opening chance of the game. If we can get that in the back of the net in the first 10 minutes of the game, that changes the whole complexion of the game. This was another game where we would only get 6 or 7 chances due to Memorial's dominance on the ball. Regardless of that fact, the Lady Alices held the Tigers off for 20 minutes until Memorial finally got their first goal. The Alices went into the break down 3-0. Javelin James earned Player of the Game honors as the goalkeeper, making 26 saves and 4 preventions. 5 shots for the Alices, 4 of them on goal. Memorial was caught offside 12 times.
