Though I don’t feel we played our best tennis today, I’m still happy we were able to pull out the win. We were pretty tentative at times across multiple spots. Piper/Hahn have looked like an all-district doubles team the past few matches. They are really clicking. I was happy with the way some of our JV guys played today too. Brady and Gabe both looked really good, and Bennett Davis got a nice win in his first match of the year coming off an injury. Though they lost, I thought Sanders/Newton also looked good, and their ceiling is really high. We hope to continue our streak in SIAC play next Wednesday against North which has been a really good match the past several years. Date: Saturday, August 30, 2025 Opponent: Ev.
