Lincoln Boys Soccer played away at Rivet to start the week on Monday, September 14. The Alices, riding a 3 game win streak at that point, found strong opposition from the Patriots. Rivet opened the scoring as the Alices struggled with field conditions. The boys in green and white would level the score before the halftime break off of a Calvin Doggett finish off of an excellent ball by Levi Klingler. The stalemate would hold until senior, David Ramirez, scored Lincoln's second goal in the 75th minute off of a free kick outside the Patriots 18 yard box. Junior, Gera Silva, would score the third of the night, and his 20th goal of the season, in the 79th minute. The Alices finished with 25 shots on the night. Calvin Doggett took home Man of the Match honors for the night with excellent finish off of a header to open our scoring for the night.
