The Lady Alices hosted Evansville North on Saturday afternoon at Alice Arena. The Alices defeated Evansville North 53-37. Azaria Easley led the way in scoring with 14 points, Kiaya Farrar 13, Lauren Story 11, Grace Archer 8, JJ Riggs 3, Megga Luchtefeld 2 and Jaclyn Miller 2. The JV fell to North 41-47. Ella Wanke led the way in scoring with 22 points, Alivia Deckard 9, Halle Greentree 4, Lauren Story 3 and Kaitlyn Johnson 3. The Alices will play on Friday evening in the second round of sectionals against either Jasper or Washington. Tip off is at 7:30pm at Alice Arena.
